To participate in the sweepstakes to win the Hyundai Kona:
- Must be a patient of record seen between September 1, 2025 and August 31, 2026.
- Entrants account must be in good standing, with a $0 balance excluding insurance claims that have not been finalized as of September 15, 2026.
- Must be 18 years of age, with a valid drivers license and current car insurance.
- No purchase necessary.
- Must refer a patient who is seen for the first time in the practice and becomes established as a patient through an exam between September 1, 2025 and August 31, 2026. The patient must list the entrant as the referral source on the new patient paperwork.
- Employees, owners, and family members of employees or owners are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes.
- Owners of referring offices and offices referred to are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes.
- Each person referred will result in one entry into the sweepstakes.
- Odds of winning the Hyundai Kona depends on the number of entries. Estimated odds are 1:1,200.
- Must be present at the Bear Tooth Dental Patient Appreciation Party on September 26, 2026 to win, where the winner will be notified.
- Winner will be responsible for all taxes, licensing and other fees associated with winning the vehicle.
- Vehicle to be won is a 2025 Hyundai Kona SE. Approximate value at the beginning of the sweepstakes period is $26,500.
